About the Firm

Two People.
One Mission.
Real Results.

Pittman-Howe Consulting was built by two Ocoee natives who genuinely love helping business owners solve problems — and who believe that most of those problems have practical solutions hiding in plain sight.

The Team

Justin Pittman

Principal & Co-Founder

Justin grew up in Ocoee and has been taking things apart — and putting them back together better — for as long as he can remember. With an engineering background from Valencia College, he approaches every business problem the way an engineer approaches a broken system: methodically, curiously, and with a genuine drive to find the most effective solution.

His passion is identifying the friction that small business owners stop noticing because they've gotten so used to working around it. The redundant step nobody questions. The manual process that should have been streamlined years ago. The workflow that made sense at five employees but quietly costs the business real money at fifteen. Finding and fixing those things is something he genuinely enjoys.

Justin doesn't show up with a playbook. He shows up with a commitment to understanding your specific situation and finding the solution that actually fits — and the satisfaction he gets from that moment of clarity, when a problem someone has lived with for years turns out to have a straightforward fix, never gets old.

Owen Howe

Principal & Co-Founder

Owen grew up in Ocoee and carries that Central Florida roots-down-to-earth sensibility everywhere he goes — including Ohio, where he's been based since graduating from Orange County Virtual School and Orange Technical College. He makes the trip back multiple times a year, pulled by family, clients, and a community he never really left.

His background covers more ground than most: he's worked in sales, built customer relationships from the ground up, and developed enough technical fluency to understand what's actually happening under the hood of the businesses he works with. That combination — knowing how to listen, how to earn trust quickly, and how to dig into the operational details — is what makes him effective at cutting through the noise and finding what actually matters.

What Owen loves most about this work is watching a business owner step back from the daily grind and realize their week just got meaningfully easier. That kind of impact — tangible, immediate, and lasting — is what drives him. He cares about the people he works with, not just the problems on the whiteboard.

Most business owners already know something is broken. They just haven't had the time to stop and fix it. That's where we come in.

How We Work

Every engagement starts the same way — with a real conversation. We ask questions, we listen, and we resist the urge to recommend anything until we actually understand what's going on. That discipline is rarer than it sounds, and it's the reason our work tends to stick.

From there, we work alongside you. Not in a conference room producing a report for you to receive — but in the business, with your team, building solutions that fit the way you actually operate. Justin and Owen are personally involved in every engagement, from the first call to the last recommendation.

We measure success simply: is your business running better? Are you spending less time on work that shouldn't exist? Are you seeing the kind of improvement that justifies the investment? If the answer is yes, we've done our job.

What We Promise

  • We will tell you what we actually think, even when it's not what you want to hear.

  • We will focus on solutions that you and your team can actually implement and sustain.

  • We will measure our value by the real-world difference it makes in your business.

Ocoee Made. Small Business Focused.

Both of us grew up in Ocoee, in Orange County, surrounded by the small businesses, tradespeople, and working families that make Central Florida what it is. That background shapes how we see business problems — practically, not theoretically — and it's a big part of why we care so much about the small and mid-sized businesses we work with.

We know what it looks like when an owner is grinding through repetitive work that's quietly holding their business back. We know what it means to be too busy doing the work to work on the business. And we know how much it matters when someone finally helps you clear that path.

Let's talk about your business.

No pitch, no pressure — just a conversation to see if we can help.
